Waste streams

Waste to Energy is experienced in trading and processing common waste streams.

A-grade wood

A-wood is clean and untreated wood and consists mainly of pallets, crates and boxes.

B-wood

B-wood consists of painted, varnished or glued wood, which is mainly released during demolition work.

C-wood

C-grade wood consists of impregnated (preserved) wood.

Rubble

Rubble consists of stony material, such as bricks, ceramics, sand-lime bricks, roof tiles, tiles, concrete and asphalt. Rubble is mainly released during construction and demolition activities.

Plastic

Plastic is the collective name for all synthetic (packaging) materials. There are various types, such as PE, HDPE, PP, PS, EPS, PET and PVC, which can be recognised by the logo on the product and/or packaging.

RDF

RDF is a solid waste fuel produced after mechanical sorting of household waste, industrial waste or construction and demolition waste.

SRF

SRF (Solid Recovered Fuel) is a product that consists of high-calorific waste materials and can be used as a substitute fuel for fossil fuels.

Textile / carpet

Carpets/textiles means production waste from the carpet and textile industry but also post-consumer (used) textile floor coverings and textile products.
